debate semi final

warrgh.
nikmatnye pgg keyboard. lalala. hahaha
bknnnye x pgg langsung, xpgg kurang lebih seminggu utk blogging.
lots of stuffs happened.

so. debate da abes. tp blom leh tutup buku lagi. "-_-
debate sgt memalukan. geram geram geram. haahhaha.

the past week, i was busy with drama n debate. hari ni n esok n isnin n selasa, kne train the school public speaker. then nk masuk hiwar. gila. hahaha.

ok2. meh nk citer sket sal debate.
every year, skola kita mesti amik freshies punya lah.. xde sape pon yg pnah masuk b4 this.
ana, debater pertama yg masuk since f4.. kalo x, all debaters f5.. nk bg cert lah katekan.. hahah.

tce ton was flabbergasted when she knew i was gonna be in the debate team. she said.. "SYAZA! Finally... after 2 years ive been waiting! i finally got to see u in the team"
yeah, mse f2, buat oral, she once said "u could b one of the debaters".. but, mse tu tce ton men2 je kot.

nvm.

so, blatih punya blatih sampai tinggal classes. *but xlah sehebat latihan pasukan bahas. jauh beza.* blatih kat library aspura n mimos.

mse hari isnin, im still not comfortable with gov text.. sir bg idea, but i just cant elaborate it to make it concrete.
then, hari selasa tu, sehari b4 lawan, i told sir nk tuka points, he approved, n i came up with a completely different text; but i am much much more comfortable with it. ahaks.

then sir said bagi amanat2 terakhir. whatever it is, just enjoy urselves. :D:D

g amik blazer, n pinjam baju pengawas from kak rashidah.. hehehe.... i forgot to ask her to bring earlier, since i want to use it the next day, i need it a.s.a.p. i brought my own baju kurung n tudung labuh hitam, mintak tolong kak rashidah exchange jap. ngahahah. :D bagos btol.

ptg tu, tgk practice drama.. then tce shida came n told us bout bakti's performance. she was complementing here n there n i was like.. "aaaaaaaaaa" hahaha. bakti musuh irshad in debate..we're all afraid of that school. huah2. :D

mlm tu, ntah npe..rase cam "We're gonna get government, bakti's gonna get opposition"... i list out so many possibles P.O.Is as gov. ntah nape, mmg brat sgt kat gov. then kol 11 baru refine isi opp.

pagi tu bertolak. the debaters, kak nada, syaza n kak intan.. n syahmi, kak maya reserves.
supporters, ainah, faris, kak fatin, kak atin.. naik 2 keter. dunno how they in Sir Rosli's car was juxtaposed. hahah

g sne, dressing ktorang sme ngan penyambut tetamu skola tu. permatang tok labu. *very nice school, btw. campus-like.* they were very friendly..
then balet..

ktorang yg slama ni takut nk dpt gov ntah nape, tetiba xrasa setakut tu.. kak nada oso said termimpi2 dpt gov. haha. :D kak intan pon rse brat kat gov.

g quarantine sejam. 5 of us. risau jugak since the motion agak berat sebelah. bakti da la terer, dpt kat side yg berat lak tu. sure mcm2 ktorang kene bantai la tu la ni la. then senarai more n more possible p.o.i..bincang waht to answer in case we had a mental blockage. haha. bincang punya bincang... syahmi got lots of ideas... he shud be in instead of me. ahha.. then doa2..then msuk kelas tu, amik tmpat. doa lagi.

kak nada mula dlu. they said bakti loves to P.O.I.. they gave kak nada 2 P.O.I kot. then turn opposition leader. a guy. i will never forget him. nevaaah. i gave him lots of P.O.I... kali ke3 ke ke4 ntah, i said..
"p.o.i please!"
"yes"
i stood up.
"please sit down"

sabar je laaaaaaa. hhuhuhu. i wasnt embarrased, tp ana geraaaaam. g cakap "yes" tu wat pe. deny tros la.

da lah after him im gonna be presenting my rebuttals n points. I CRAPPED ALL THE WAY mse rebuttals, what was i thinking? crap crap crap..
people were making faces. wahahaha. i wasnt that nervous, i dont really have stage fright, alhamdulillah.. it's just that; the words i wanna say x sampai.. suka suki je ckp pe nk ckp. wahaha.. crap crap crap.

to tell u the truth, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE OPP LEADER WAS SAYING.. asked kak nada, she said bout skills. asked kak intan too. then masing2 blom ad coordination lagi at that time. "ape die cakp ni? what m i suppose to say?? what m i suppose to rebut??"
masing2 agak glabah. haha. first time first time. wakaka.
kak nada pon nk P.O.I but kena gak.. "yes, please sit down."

so, since i dont know the points, i crap lah. crap crap crap crap n crap...
dah la batuk2 lak tu. hahaha.
then masuk first isi, the third speaker from the opp stood n said..
"i didnt quite get what u said."
guess what i said to her?
"U SHUD PAY MORE ATTENTION".. jgn arap nk ulang balik. hahahaha. agak kejam. lol. but not as mean as them! hahah.

then tiba 2nd speaker. WE CANNOT GET THEIR POINTS!! da gabra daaaaaa..... nk cakap pe dlm penggulungan japgi? dah la after her, kak intan pulak nk rebut all their points!! bru tau 1 je.. i p.o.i her twice, kak intan once if im not mistaken. actually, yg ktorang p.o.i tu xde kne mengenepon ngan ap die cakap.. wahahaha.
she even said "the prime minister and her first minister were so blur, they even bla bla......" kujam jugak cakap camtu. but i really was blur. hahaha

then turn kak intan! wa!! suke suke suke! i really love the part when she said "even though 10% in the meritocracy system is for cocurricular acts, still, 90% is for academics! don't u learn mathematics, WHICH is bigger?? 90, or 10???"
wahaha. actually, before tu, i P.O.I, "the gov saved 90, not 9, but 90% for academics bla bla bla".. then derang cakap.. "Well, at least 10% is for the cocu..."

both kak intan n i loved to use to "the national education philosophy" and "survival of the fittest".. wakaka. suka suki je.

but kak intan was great, bersemangat sampai 8 minutes penoh! NO ONE P.O.I her!! hahaa

then i really had to pay more attention during the third speaker from the opp team.
only then i knew their points to oppose academic excellence is the key determinant of a successful life are skills, good personality, n correct-connections.

she said i was so blur, again. YA LA. I GOT THE POINT ALREADY. I WAS BLUR. STOP REPEATING IT.

i P.O.I her 3 kali kot. everytime i p.o.i, i looked straight into their eyes, declaring mental warfare. ngahahahha. this one time, dia cakp something n i said, "please provide a statistics.. tq."
she stumbled kejap. then "according to www.statistics.com/jobless/someting something..."
hahah. i made faces. "YE KEEEEE" wakaka. i know x exist pon. ahah.

selesai. then i had to go front again for reply speech.

terlupa rebut "good personality", n ayat was here n there, xsistematik, i even batuk2 (jatuh kredibiliti..hahaha)...batuk x sudah2 lagi.xseda2, asyik minum ais .. hahah.
habis btol2 4 mins. didnt expect to win.. mse reply speech, i said their third point is sooo selfish. kan kan kak nada, kak intan? selfish gile. smata2 ad cable, u dont need a.e to have a successful life.

kak nada asked, rasa2 bleh menang x? "i donno. they played a good game too."
then kak intan bg semangat.. she said "we've done our best...xpe2.. skang doa je. suh kak nada doa jap.." dia ckp earlier, dia da call her mum to pray for us..

then umum.... i thought he was gonna say "accepted" or "rejected".. but he announced the school name.
"the winner is....S.M.K....." mse tu da pasrah .. ok, smk bakti..we're smka.. "A; Al-irshad!"
alhamdulillah.. salam2, the two girl speakers "it was a very good game, really good game. congrats!".. then salam teachers n judges... then off we go to the canteen.

x makan pon.. kenyang mkn butterflies. lol. (got it?)

sir rosli n sir said gave us their reviews. ckp, we need to improve more. n syahmi said i need to write down for reply, or else i'll go blank...just like i did. "syaza ckp sikit, pastu abes.. xpuas, xcomplete." hahaha. sir rosli told me to control my breath.. inhale byk2 dluk..then baru start talking. u know, ana ad byk mende nk cakap, in a limited time, i tend to speak very fast..

then sir gi balet lagi for final.. to be continued.
